TRENDSTONE CORPORATION reserves the right to change the price of products without prior notice and at any time without giving any reason thereof.

VI. RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY FOR GENERAL ITEMS

The returned items MUST CONFORM to the rules below:

1. Returns shall only be accepted within 30 days from invoice date.

2. Returns should be presented with its ORIGINAL INVOICE /RECEIPT and & should be done at the SAME STORE, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and IN

4. Items for returned are subject for inspection. Breakages are not allowed to be returned if the client have already RECEIVED and SIGNED the DELIVERY RECEIPT.
5. No complaint or return shall be accepted for tiles which have already been installed or used.

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

1. Returns shall only be accepted within 7 days from invoice date.
2. Report of damage must be supported with a video upon unboxing of package.
3. Return shipping charges shall be care of the Buyer, if items are found to be defective the shipping cost shall be credited back to the Buyer.
4. Re-shipping charges shall be care of the Seller, provided that items are found to be defective.

VII. CANCELLATION POLICY

FREE CANCELLATION – You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. Contact us at [customer service email/phone number] to cancel.

AFTER 24 HOURS – If you need to cancel after 24 hours, contact us. We will try to accommodate, but orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Cancellation Charges may apply.

CUSTOM ORDERS (MADE TO ORDER) – These applies to items which are not stocked regularly. Custom or special orders CANNOT BE CANCELED once production starts. Custom Orders requires: 1) Approved Sample 2) 50% deposit from client before processing.

REFUND – For successfully canceled orders, a full refund (if no charges shall apply) will be issued to you in a check payment for a minimum of 15 business days.

PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS – For partial cancellations, contact us. Refunds for the canceled part will be processed as described above.
